m DeadManWalking moved page Useless NPCs to Talk NPCs: The term "useless" in English can have two meanings, and one has a negative connotation. "Talk" is already used on other NPC pages, so I've changed it to that.

Talking to these NPCs doesn't have any effect on the game. They were put to give a realism to the game and give the player information about the world's story. The NPCs listed here are not part of any quest. It makes no difference whether you talk to them or not while playing the game really.
